PCL CS-150 CNC Circular Cold Saw
The PCL CS-150 is a CNC circular cold saw that cuts solid bar from Ø50–150 mm with a TCT Ø460 × 2.6 mm carbide-tipped (TCT) blade. Bars load from a 6 m hydraulic rack and feed by servo and ball screw, and each piece is cut to ±0.1 mm with a narrow kerf, then sorted automatically.
- Ø50–150round bar, mm
- ±0.1 mmlength accuracy
- 2.6 mmkerf
- 18.5 kWcutting motor

Before you order
Check three things: the largest section you cut (with some margin for the vise), the material grade and hardness, and how many cuts you need per shift. Tell us your voltage and frequency (for example 380 V 50 Hz or 440 V 60 Hz) so the motors and control are built for your grid. For blade choice, see our band saw blade TPI guide and the band saw vs cold saw comparison.

Frequently asked questions
How fast is the CS-150?
As a guide for the standard configuration, about 2 cuts per minute in Ø150 mm bar. Actual time depends on the steel grade.
What bar sizes does the CS-150 cut?
Round bar Ø50–150 mm and square or rectangular bar 55–130 mm.
How much material is lost per cut?
The kerf equals the blade thickness, 2.6 mm, plus a bar-end remnant left at the end of each bar.
Can it run unattended?
Yes. It loads from the rack, feeds, cuts and sorts on its own; the operator refills the rack.
Should I choose a band saw instead?
For a few cuts a day, a band saw costs less. For hundreds or thousands of pieces, the cold saw's speed and accuracy usually pay back the higher price.
