CNC Metal Cut is the PCL Group brand for CNC plasma cutting machines, pipe and profile cutting machines and metal sawing machines. What we build
CNC plasma cutting
Plasma tables from 1300 × 2500 mm, 1500 × 3000 mm tables with oxy-fuel, and gantries from 2 × 4 m up to 8 m wide.
Pipe and profile cutting
An 8-axis machine for pipe and beam profiles, a 5-axis pipe beveling machine and a large pipe profile cutting machine for Ø600–2000 mm.
Metal sawing
Double-column, automatic, miter and heavy-duty band saws from Ø300 to Ø1600 mm, and CNC circular cold saws for Ø10–300 mm bar.
How each machine is checked
Every machine goes through a 50-step quality control procedure and runs 72 hours of continuous full-load testing before it is packed. Plasma machine frames are stress-relieved before machining so they stay flat and square in service.
