PCL HBS-1000 Heavy-Duty Band Saw
The PCL HBS-1000 is a heavy-duty band saw for billets, forgings and blocks: round sections up to Ø1000 mm (39.4 in) and rectangles up to 1000 × 1000 mm. It runs a 10100 × 54 × 1.6 mm blade on an 11 kW main motor with hydraulic blade tension and inverter speed control, and feeds material by platform, 1500 mm per stroke.
