The TS Series Integrated Tube and Sheet Plasma Cutting Table is PCL GROUP’s most versatile industrial workhorse, specifically engineered for manufacturers who require a diverse range of metal processing capabilities. Traditionally, processing flat plates and round/square tubes required two separate machines, consuming double the floor space and capital investment. Our TS series solves this by integrating a side-mounted rotary axis with a full-sized industrial flatbed.
This hybrid architecture allows operators to switch between sheet cutting and tube processing within minutes. The machine features a Heavy-Duty Reinforced Gantry designed to handle the dynamic torque required for tube rotation while maintaining the high-speed acceleration necessary for complex sheet nesting. Every frame is stress-relieved through a multi-stage vibration aging process, ensuring long-term mechanical stability and a 20-year structural lifespan.

Intelligent Rotary Engineering
Our side-mounted rotary attachment supports tube diameters from Φ20mm to Φ300mm. Equipped with high-precision self-centering chucks and a dedicated tube-nesting software module, the TS series can easily handle intersection hole cutting, angle mitering, and complex pattern engraving on round, square, and rectangular pipes.
Operational Excellence
Controlled by the professional Starfire / Fangling Integrated CNC System, the TS Series supports 3D-axis linkage, enabling high-definition plasma cutting on uneven surfaces. The system is natively compatible with FastCAM and StarCAM software, which features an intelligent nesting algorithm that reduces material waste by optimizing the layout for both plate and pipe projects.
To ensure a consistent kerf width, the machine includes an Advanced Arc Voltage Torch Height Controller (THC). This system monitors the arc 1,000 times per second, automatically adjusting the torch distance to compensate for plate warping or tube eccentricity. This technology is vital for preventing torch collisions and maintaining "mirror-finish" edges that require little to no secondary grinding.
