The TS Series solves this by integrating a high-precision rotary axis attachment alongside a full-sized flat cutting bed.
Whether you are processing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or brass, this system handles plate dimensions up to 3000x1500mm and tube lengths up to 6 meters. The transition between sheet and tube cutting is seamless, managed through a unified control system that recognizes different workpieces with intelligent path planning.
Dual-Function Engineering
The core of the TS series lies in its Reinforced Hybrid Bed. To support both the weight of thick plates and the dynamic motion of tube rotation, the machine utilizes a segmented welding bed that has undergone high-temperature annealing. This ensures that the mechanical precision remains stable even under the stress of 24/7 industrial production environments.
