The Integrated H-Beam Production Line from PCL GROUP is an end-to-end industrial ecosystem designed to revolutionize the way structural steel is manufactured. The process begins with high-precision plate cutting (using multi-head CNC plasma or oxy-fuel) and moves through automated H-Beam Assembly, where the web and flanges are precisely centered and tack-welded. This is followed by the core stage: Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). By using dual-arc technology, the line ensures deep penetration and consistent weld beads that meet international structural integrity standards. Finally, any thermal distortion is corrected by our integrated Flange Straightening Machine, resulting in perfectly aligned beams ready for shot-blasting and painting.
